• ⏰ Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• 🔑 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability & additional fees).

3. 🏠 House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please follow our house guidelines:

• 🚭 No smoking inside the property.
• 🐾 Pets are allowed.
• 🎉 Parties or large gatherings are not permitted without prior approval.
• 🛋 Please respect the furniture, appliances, and property as if it were your own.
• 🔇 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
